About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Digital Project Manager to join our team at Charles Peters, a leading digital marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering digital projects on time and on budget, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Project Delivery**: Successfully deliver web projects on time and on budget for our clients, ensuring high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • **Client Management**: Manage client expectations and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • **Team Management**: Lead and manage external contractors and internal staff resources, ensuring they deliver on time and within budget, and develop and improve methodologies and processes to drive efficiency and quality.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Test and drive quality through every aspect of our projects, ensuring that our deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • **Time Management**: Work effectively under tight deadlines and manage time efficiently to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to build an integrated strategy and deliver projects that meet our clients' needs.
  • **Client Briefing**: Organize and host client briefing and update meetings as required, ensuring that our clients are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • **Project Setup**: Effectively set up projects within our task management tool and allocate responsibilities to team members.
  • **Opportunity Identification**: Proactively seek out further opportunities within client projects, identifying new business potential and driving growth.
  • **Client Goals**: Accurately interpret client goals and strategy into actionable activities, ensuring that our deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
  • **Support**: Assist with inputting copy, finding images, and rallying the team to get the job done, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • **Quality Testing**: Conduct thorough quality testing of development websites, ensuring that our deliverables meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • **Digital Project Management Experience**: Excellent knowledge and experience of project delivery within a digital environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • **Time Management Skills**: Flawless time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • **Commercial Acumen**: Creative and commercial thought process, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing mix and the ability to interpret briefs quickly.
  • **Teamwork**: Ability to work as part of a team, be flexible when required, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • **Dynamic**: Dynamic and able to move from task to task quickly, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
  • **Technical Skills**: Excellent understanding of Wordpress and Shopify as a development platform, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • **Qualifications**: Specific project management qualifications are not essential, but a natural flair for organization and the ability to get things done is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • **Digital Project Management**: 2+ years of relevant digital project management experience within a full-service agency environment.
  • **Agile Methodologies**: Experience with Agile methodologies and PM tools would be a distinct advantage.
  • **Web Development**: Previous hands-on experience as a web developer would be advantageous.
