The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Work Stream Lead to join our Capital Design & Delivery department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital transformation initiatives across Capital and Commercial Services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver against the Capital Design & Delivery digital transformation ambitions.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including AI implementation, legacy systems decommissioning, and new digital system rollouts.
  • Drive change and ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality and timelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project delivery teams.
  • Contribute to the wider programme by providing timely feedback, identifying opportunities, managing risks and issues, and supporting team development.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a programme or project manager with a strong track record in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience of delivering change in a complex, multi-matrix organization.
  • Ability to translate strategic ideas into tactical projects and plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
