About the Role

Cedar Court Hotels Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our 100-bedroom hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning standards
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff performance
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
