Job Title: Deputy Head Housekeeper

Cedar Court Hotels Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at our 4-star hotel in Harrogate. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
  • Organize and manage the housekeeping team's workload, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reporting on cleaning activities.
