We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler to join our team at InnotatzIT Solutions. As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for designing and developing data models for our data-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop conceptual and logical data models for data-centric applications.
  • Develop expertise in Object and Class modelling, class hierarchies, and defining relationships between classes.
  • Proficiency in UML (Unified Modelling Language) for diagramming and designing object models.
  • Understanding of ORM (Object Relational Mapping) concepts and ability to utilize them to create efficient and optimized mappings.
  • Analyse complex business concepts to derive conceptual and logical data models.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL to analyse large and complex sets of data.
  • Familiarity with SDLC process, version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience/background in Java (or C#, Python, or other OOP languages).
  • Experience with database schema design, normalization, and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles, including microservices, service-oriented architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Understanding of Finance Industry Models such as FpML.
