MSA Data Analytics Ltd, a forward-thinking company, is seeking a skilled Mathematical Modeller to join its team in Birmingham. This exciting role involves developing statistical models that drive business value in commercial, operational, risk, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement customer propensity models and stress testing frameworks to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model outputs into business planning processes.
- Strong numerical degree (Master's or PhD preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in building statistical models with significant business impact.
- Proficiency in statistical programming tools such as R.
- Experience in predictive analytics, customer behavior modelling, and stress testing.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working model with one day a week in the Birmingham office.
