ITS Street Lighting Supervisor

Colas Ltd is a leading provider of highways construction and maintenance services, with a strong presence in the UK and globally. We are seeking a highly skilled Street Lighting Supervisor to join our team in Peacehaven, BN10 8AP. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, compiling, and coordinating support services within our Street Lighting team to facilitate the timely and efficient installation of street lighting products.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Street Lighting Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the contract manager in decision-making, communicating administrative, technical, and on-site considerations effectively. You will also liaise with the ITS Contract Manager, provide and recover site information, and ensure the efficient and timely completion of ordered work and monthly invoicing. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain a programme of street lighting maintenance and installation works in collaboration with other ITS Street Lighting Supervisors.
Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have experience working in a supervisory role in highways/roads within construction. It is desirable to have experience working with street lighting installation, testing, and commissioning. You will be able to prioritize own and team activities via consultation with the line manager and programme. You will also have the ability to effectively influence 1st-line management and possess a full clean UK driving license.
We offer a great total compensation package, including a salary between £42,000 and £52,000 (dependent on experience), our Colas Pension Scheme with combined contributions of up to 10%, Life Assurance Scheme which is x4 basic salary, 25 days annual leave per year + Public Holidays, and more.
