Job Description and Requirements

As a Senior Group CRM Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive customer engagement strategy across multiple channels. You will be responsible for managing the customer database, increasing personalisation, and sending targeted communications to customers. Additionally, you will develop an acquisition plan to grow sales of memberships to new and lapsed audiences.

A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity, along with the chance to work with a leading retailer of art and craft materials.

About the Role

The Senior Group CRM Executive will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for creatively communicating with customers and testing new ideas that drive revenue. You will work closely with the Group Senior CRM Manager to develop and update an email communications plan, own the email briefing process, and manage the customer database in Ometria.

You will also have the opportunity to propose and implement testing initiatives that increase customer engagement and overall email performance. Accurate reporting on email campaigns will be a key responsibility, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop a comprehensive customer engagement strategy across multiple channels
* Manage the customer database in Ometria, increase personalisation, and send more relevant communications to customers
* Develop an acquisition plan to grow sales of memberships to new and lapsed audiences
* Propose and implement testing initiatives which increase customer engagement and overall email performance
* Collate accurate reporting on email campaigns in line with targets and KPIs, recommending follow-up actions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A strong background in email marketing, with experience of working with ESPs or CDPs
* Commercially driven and experience designing a communications plan to achieve revenue targets
* Prior experience working on testing programmes
* An analytical mindset and ability to compile accurate reporting using Excel
* The ability to manage a fast-paced and varied workload, prioritise effectively, remain calm under pressure, and have a great sense of humour
