We are looking for an experienced Client Support and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at Neuro Rehab Times. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and developing strategic partnerships.

Job Overview
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, including managing enquiries and following up on communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote our services.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyse client feedback to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote our services.
