Rate: Market Rate (PAYE through Umbrella)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with active SC clearance to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with technical teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
  2. Conduct detailed process mapping and gap analysis to identify opportunities for automation and improvement using ServiceNow.
  3. Work closely with ServiceNow architects and developers to design and validate solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with technical standards.
  4. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders, including end-users, IT teams, and business leaders, to ensure clear communication of requirements and project status.
  5. Create clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and other project documentation to guide development efforts.
  6. Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans, UAT, and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet the agreed requirements.
  7. Support change management activities, including user training, communications, and transition planning to ensure smooth adoption of new ServiceNow features.
  8. Work on data-related requirements, including data integration, migration, and reporting within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other relevant applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and creating user stories in a ServiceNow environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow's capabilities, integration points, and basic understanding of APIs and database functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements, creating flowcharts, and maintaining project documentation using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments, particularly as part of a ServiceNow project team.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices related to IT service management and ServiceNow workflows.
  • Experience working in secure environments with a strong focus on data privacy and security compliance.
