Electrical Systems Designer for High-Tech Test Solutions

Pico Technology is seeking a talented Electrical Systems Designer to join our dynamic High-End Scope Design team.
We are looking for an experienced Analog Hardware designer with expertise in DC to 1GHz circuit-level design, including analysis, simulation, and testing.
The ideal candidate will be proficient with schematic capture tools, preferably OrCAD/CADENCE, and have hands-on experience with high-speed ADCs (Analog-to-Digital Converters) and PCB layout design.
Around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum salary package depends on the qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new and exciting test and measurement solutions
- Collaborating with a high-tech electronic product design environment team
- Developing key analogue/mixed signal design skills and experience
- Implementing circuit-level design techniques to meet project requirements
- Maintaining and improving existing designs and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in analog hardware design, including circuit-level design and analysis
- Proficiency in schematic capture tools, such as OrCAD/CADENCE
- Hands-on experience with high-speed ADCs and PCB layout design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
