About the Role
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is a vital aspect of our service at Leonard Cheshire. As a Domestic Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents and staff have a safe and comfortable living space.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties, using appropriate materials and equipment in accordance with COSHH.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness at all times, continuously providing a safe environment for our customers, visitors, and staff.
- Work in accordance with the needs of the service, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
- Experience of cleaning work, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Able to work as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and residents.
