Domestic Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at St Cecilia's, a residential care home for disabled adults in the leafy suburbs of Bromley.
As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the home
- Carrying out general cleaning duties, including laundry and waste management
- Using appropriate materials and equipment in accordance with COSHH guidelines
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, visitors, and staff
Requirements:
- Experience of cleaning work in a commercial environment (desirable)
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexibility to work in accordance with the needs of the service
