About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Anti-Tax Evasion and Anti-Bribery & Corruption Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies related to anti-bribery and corruption and anti-tax evasion. You will also lead a team of technical specialists, deliver policy, and provide SME guidance to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial sector, including the impact of regulations and legislation on businesses. They will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption and anti-tax evasion policies and procedures. The selected individual must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies related to anti-bribery and corruption and anti-tax evasion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of technical specialists to deliver policy and provide SME guidance to the business.
  • SME Guidance: Provide SME guidance to the business, ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our business remains compliant with regulations and legislation.

Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 per year
