Pricing Coordinator

To coordinate, analyze, and facilitate routine and ad-hoc pricing tasks on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, while providing support to the Pricing Manager and wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirming prices and product details with customers.
  • Preparing, administering, and expediting periodic customer price lists, quotations, and tenders.
  • Maintaining and housekeeping of price lists and pricing data in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Uploading and running cost sets as required, while maintaining audit trails.
  • Liaising between internal teams and customers, providing feedback where necessary.
  • Gathering and analyzing data and intelligence, including running of business reports, as required.
  • Preparing data to support tenders, quotations, and scenario planning.
  • Communicating pricing movements to internal and external customers.
  • Contributing to the Pricing Team's continuous improvement.

Key Competencies:

  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • High level of proficiency in computer systems – Excel (lookups, pivots, and filters) and Outlook essential, ERP/MRP and CRM systems experience desirable.
  • Competency in calculating, producing, and using data and numbers.
  • Professional writing and telephone manner.
  • Dedicated to and experience in customer relationship building and service to the customer.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Ability to take own initiative when needed.
  • Desire to be a team player and an important member of a critical, rewarding, and developing function.
