As a Pricing Coordinator at Trouw Nutrition, you will play a key role in the pricing team, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure accurate and timely pricing information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer routine and ad-hoc pricing tasks, including running and confirming prices and product details with customers.
  • Prepare and administer periodic customer price lists, quotations, and tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update price lists and pricing data in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to gather and provide pricing information, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform pricing decisions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the Pricing Manager in developing and implementing pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Key Competencies:

  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel, Outlook, and ERP/MRP and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, with minimal supervision.
