Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and sustain performance levels in line with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) objectives.
- Compile and analyze key supply chain metrics, generating insights and communicating findings to the broader supply chain team for feedback.
- Proactively identify and drive improvement projects by analyzing data, making informed recommendations, and ensuring successful project delivery in collaboration with operational teams.
- Support the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process by analyzing and summarizing business demand, inventory, supply, and capacity data, and coordinating related supply chain actions.
- Assess the feasibility of customer lead time reduction requests and lead their implementation.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of supply chain policies and procedures, in collaboration with the wider team.
- Maintain a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain process map, highlighting current operations and identifying areas for improvement in alignment with the Supply Chain Strategy.
- Regularly evaluate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system parameters, recommending and documenting changes to optimize supply chain performance.
- Support the enhancement of ERP systems, leading the testing and implementation of system improvements.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to foster strong working relationships and keep all parties informed of supply chain improvements.
