About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Floating Store Supervisor. As a key member of our Simmons Bakers team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our shops in the West Herts area.
Key Responsibilities
As a Floating Store Supervisor, you will be required to:
- Travel to various shops in the region to cover staff holidays and sickness
- Prepare and serve a range of baked items and made-to-order food in our shops
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
