The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Law, with a focus on divorce proceedings, financial matters, and Children Act proceedings. They will also be confident in conducting advocacy and have experience working with vulnerable clients and victims of domestic abuse.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Representing clients in Children Act proceedings
  • Working with vulnerable clients and victims of domestic abuse
  • Attending court and conducting advocacy
