Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Opportunity

Sacco Mann is recruiting for a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join an award-winning law firm based in the North of England.

The firm prides itself on providing professional and friendly legal services and is expanding its Family Department.

You will be taking on a busy caseload of divorce proceedings, financial matters, Children Act proceedings, and domestic abuse cases.

Your role will include attending court and conducting advocacy with confidence.

The firm is looking for qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with ideally 2 years' plus experience in Family Law.

You must have experience with divorce and children matters.

Any experience with vulnerable clients and victims of domestic abuse is desirable, including familiarity with the Legal Aid Agency CCMS.

The firm offers the option of working from home 2 days a week.
