About the Role

We are seeking an Operations and Support Specialist to join our 360 Technology team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional desktop support services to our colleagues across various locations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with Technology staff at all levels. You will be responsible for managing company stock, receiving deliveries, and reconciling invoices. Additionally, you will act as a contact/decision maker for external vendors, assist with hardware issues, and perform proactive floor walks to assess user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage company stock, ensuring that records are up-to-date and orders are raised when necessary.
  • Receive deliveries and reconcile invoices accurately.
  • Act as a contact/decision maker for external vendors, negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with hardware issues, such as faulty laptops or screens, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Perform proactive floor walks to assess user satisfaction, including meeting room checks.
  • Manage HR inductions for new joiners, providing them with an introduction to our systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be currently undertaking an IT/Business-related degree.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
  • Able to use MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel for reporting, and analyze complex information to present results clearly.
  • Good phone etiquette and negotiation skills are required to interact with vendors.
  • Possess a strong interest in customer service and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
