We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Hertfordshire, overseeing highways repairs and maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The Role: Roadworks Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the management of resources, subcontractors, and operatives to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience in highways or a related field, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
