About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and grow with our company.

Job Description

As a Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading MEP projects, managing engineers, and undertaking detailed design to required standards. You will also maintain excellent levels of client service and have a deep interest in or experience using digital and parametric design tools.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Represent Ramboll on MEP projects, leading your own discipline and managing engineers of a complementary discipline where necessary.
• Work independently with minimal supervision on technical aspects of your discipline or have specific specialist experience applicable to the role.
• Manage time on projects to suit deadlines and complete assigned tasks as stipulated by the Ramboll project manager.
• Coordinate tasks to meet deadlines and allocate resources appropriately when acting as Ramboll project manager.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a CIBSE/IET/IMechE Engineering Council accredited honours degree or an HNC in an applicable discipline with a commitment to continue higher education. You must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have an interest in or experience using digital and parametric design tools.
