**Job Summary**

Barclays is seeking an Enterprise IT Strategist to drive the evolution of our digital landscape, leveraging expertise in software development, systems design, security, and data architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Developing and executing IT strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of technology into business processes.
  • Leveraging expertise in software development, systems design, security, and data architecture to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and designing and implementing solutions that meet those needs.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, systems design, security, and data architecture.
  • Strong understanding of IT strategies and their impact on business operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Salary Range**: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.

**Location**: London or other Barclays locations.
