Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for XTransfer's offerings in the UK, positioning the brand as a leader in cross-border payment services for SMEs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and compliance teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

You will play a crucial role in identifying and building partnerships with UK-based SMEs, educating them on cross-border payment solutions, and establishing XTransfer as a trusted partner for global trade.

The ideal candidate has a sales-driven mindset with significant experience in international trade and a passion for supporting SME growth globally.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years in sales within fintech, financial services, or international trade sectors, with a successful record of meeting sales goals.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
