The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Support Worker to join our team at The Shires - Stretton. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of our young residents.

About the Role

As a Childrens Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting residents with daily tasks and activities
  • Completing relevant paperwork and documentation
  • Engaging residents in tasks and activities that promote their interests and skills
