We are seeking a passionate leader to head our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team at Progress Schools Northampton, part of The Progress Group. This dynamic and creative role requires fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional.

Our school supports approximately 35 pupils with diverse needs, offering ample opportunities for children who require a nurturing environment, particularly those reintegrating into mainstream settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS)
  • National Award for SEN Co-ordination / NPQ for SENCOs (or be in first 3 years of a SENCO role)

  • Proven experience working collaboratively with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to support students with diverse and challenging needs

**Salary and Benefits:**
