The Visitor Experience Team is the heartbeat of Lost Shore Surf Resort, responsible for crafting unforgettable experiences for our visitors. As a Visitor Experience Team Member, you will be the face of our resort, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to visitor inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Visitor Experience Team to deliver world-class visitor experiences.
- Accountable for delivering exceptional visitor experiences, mastering our offerings, and understanding visitor needs.
- Collaborate with the VE Team Leaders to foster a vibrant workplace culture and adapt to feedback.
- Meet visitor targets, manage visitor bookings effectively, and uphold our terms and conditions and financial policies.
- Maintain legal compliance, prioritize health and safety, uphold our brand values, and maintain accurate records.
