Our client is a progressive house builder business, delivering quality houses throughout the South East and Midlands area.

We are working with their Southern Home Counties division to onboard a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a new challenge or an ambitious Quantity Surveyor that is ready to take on a senior role.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of residential development projects. You will possess a proven track record in residential development and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work across all facets of the commercial remit as and when required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the commercial aspects of residential development projects

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
