Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Cavendish Professionals Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and administration of contracts and tenders
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • 4+ years' experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of contractor
  • Experience working within a Utilities or Civil Engineering
  • Experience working on Telecoms contracts advantageous
  • Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Car driver – desirable
  • Working references – required
