1. Excellent English speaking and copywriting skills

2. Over 7 years in SEO

3. Develop and implement effective, professional-looking SEO strategies to drive business growth

4. Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools

5. Experience in leading an SEO team

6. Hire, train, and lead SEO team members

7. Document best practices, processes, and checklists

8. Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns

9. Ability to create and present monthly reports on team performance with KPIs in executive meetings

10. Strong knowledge of content marketing and best content creation practices for SEO results

11. Driven to achieve results and grow with the agency
