SEO Manager Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned SEO Manager to spearhead our digital presence optimization efforts at World of Books Group.

As a key member of our Acquisition Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives organic traffic and enhances our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a technical SEO strategy with a focus on on-page optimization and link-building
  • Conduct site audits and resolve technical SEO issues to improve site architecture
  • Lead keyword research and analysis to inform content strategy and product development
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure seamless integration of SEO into product development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in an e-commerce environment
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link-building strategies
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to make technical recommendations
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau
