Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our hotels and resorts maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dusting and polishing of a set number of rooms, including en-suite bathrooms, to a high standard.
  • Replenishing tea and coffee making stocks and reporting any maintenance issues via internal procedures.
  • Deep cleaning procedures, including changing towels and linens, to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Reporting and maintenance issues to be resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to company Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is desirable but not essential.
