Role: Business Change Manager

Duration: 6 months

Location: Warwick (2 days in the office)

Rate: £500 - £550 per day (umbrella)

The successful candidate will play a vital role in our client's Cyber Security programme team. They will be responsible for leading business change activities, supporting the implementation of new controls and processes, and successfully handing over into the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Championing the importance of business change within the programme and wider business area.
  • Providing change expertise and guidance to support project delivery.
  • Delivering high-quality change outcomes across the programme.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to formulate business change impact assessments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in business change management within a large and complex programme.
  • A proven track record of influencing stakeholders to achieve project benefits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management practices.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining robust business change plans.
