Job Title: Site Manager for GE Aviation Wales Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our team at the GE Aviation Wales Engine Overhaul Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a positive and inclusive work environment, driving excellence in EHS, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, and developing staff and teams to guide the plant through its Lean transformation. Key Responsibilities: * Build a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment that fosters excellence in EHS, Quality, Delivery, and Cost * Develop staff and teams to guide the plant through its Lean transformation * Define and execute short and long-term strategies to meet business and customer needs * Work with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial metrics * Lead the matrix for customer/company outcomes across SC and other functions * Demonstrate strong knowledge of APQP and quality experience * Set key priorities, establish applicable KPIs, and drive execution of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost * Demonstrate process leadership and project management to drive outcomes Requirements: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Desired Characteristics: * Depth in Shop Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Product Engineering Benefits: * Flexible working arrangements * Non-contributory Pension * Performance-related bonus * Life Assurance * Group income protection * Private medical cover * Holiday GE Aerospace Wales is a Disability Confident Committed employer and welcomes applications from disabled candidates.
