About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Lead to join our M&G Wealth Change team. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives and ensuring the successful implementation of our change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Change Lead and Project Managers in monitoring and reporting on the Value Stream delivery and performance, including status reporting, milestone reporting, and RAID management.
  • Ensure the Value Stream adheres to M&G Change Standards and produces quality project documentation to meet governance and control standards.
  • Support the Change Lead and Project Managers with governance meetings, including Steering Committees and Working Groups.
  • Provide commercial support for programmes/projects, including contractual agreements, approvals, and payment of invoices.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting for the Value Stream, including cost forecasts, resource plans, and accrual management.
Requirements
  • Experience of monitoring and reporting in a project environment.
  • Experience of delivery through a full project lifecycle.
  • Experience of managing stakeholders across a range of business areas.
  • Experience of project governance and producing quality project documentation.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft tools, and PPM tools.
  • Working knowledge of risk management principles and their impacts on projects.
  • Working knowledge of project methodologies, planning processes, and techniques.
