About the Role: Mondrian Alpha is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Manager to join their rapidly expanding global data management team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for data onboarding, analysis, and quality management for large datasets brought onto the fund's platform.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Run data onboarding, analysis, and quality management for large datasets
  • Oversight of data broken down as it is transmitted through the data pipeline
  • Understand the needs of internal data management frameworks
  • Improve data quality by performing root cause analysis
  • Take on projects to improve the function of data pipelines
  • Oversee processing and support of data users internally
  • Work with the technology team to ensure correct adjustments are made to streamline transmission and improve data governance processes

Requirements:



  • 3 – 7 years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst/Data Operations/Data Quality focused role
  • Excellent academic profile
  • Coding skills, ideally in Python, but also Matlab, R, SQL, and/or VBA

What We Offer:


Mondrian Alpha offers a strong increase on base salary, a year one target bonus range that will make up a large % of that base number, and a fantastic benefits package. The firm also allows for a 5 day office week with the possibility of working from home 1-2 days per week once established.
