Transactional Finance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to lead our finance team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the full breadth of transactional finance, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, treasury, and credit control.

  • Proven experience as a Transactional Finance Manager or similar level position
  • Implement process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained
  • Ability to motivate team members through regular one-to-one meetings and appraisals
  • Manage a shared service centre finance function, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, treasury, and credit control
  • Recruit and develop new team members
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of financial management.
