Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

SF Executive is seeking a commercially aware and leadership savvy Chief Financial Officer to join a market leading, multi-site automotive manufacturing business.

As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will work closely with the CEO and COO to drive financial strategy and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all financial aspects of company strategy, including analysis and implementation of recommendations.
  • Managing and leading a team through challenging periods, including month-end, year-end, and annual budgeting.
  • Coordinating corporate finance and managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, and acquisitions.
  • Developing and implementing financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced FD/CFO from the manufacturing sector, looking to further their career in a more challenging and dynamic environment.

While there may not be an immediate equity opportunity, there is potential for growth and sale of the business in the future, with corresponding rewards.
