Senior Fragrance Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled and ambitious individual who shares our passion for fragrance and gifting. As a Senior Stylist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to help them find the perfect fragrance or gift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrances and products
- Drive sales growth through effective product recommendations and upselling
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in visual merchandising and store events to create an engaging and inspiring store environment
