Savills Property Management is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the FM Operations Support function. As the Head of Operations Support, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of service delivery, ensuring consistency in approach to operational and statutory compliance management across the Division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and consistency across the FM Network, Shopping Centres, and Demised and Occupier Services.
- Lead the development of reporting and processes to monitor compliance in real-time, driving best practice across all operational teams.
- Establish a triage approach to incident management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Represent the Hub at Safety+ board level, providing strategic input on FM operations and compliance.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for continuous improvement, aligned with company and industry standards.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training, ensuring it remains up-to-date with legislation, guidance, and best practice.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, driving the adoption of new systems and technology.
- Provide specialist advice on FM operations, services, systems, and process mobilisation, ensuring operational delivery excellence.
- Lead the senior operations team within the Ops & Compliance Hub, developing the team structure to reflect growth and development.
- Set clear objectives, measure performance, and support team members in career development through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ensure recruitment is completed professionally, aligning with team, divisional, and company goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Senior Management within the FM/Property Management sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Property Management systems, including Source to Pay, compliance systems, CAFM, and process mapping.
- Relevant health & safety legislation knowledge and a relevant H&S qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH).
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong interest and understanding of operational compliance, impact, and consequence.
- Ability to evaluate situations, calculate risks, and justify best practice.
