Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and imaginative Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the primary phase in our small, rural school.

About the Role

This vacancy involves covering mixed year group class teachers, predominantly in the afternoon. As a successful and welcoming school community, we offer excellent support and CPD opportunities to help you grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • To inspire and motivate pupils, resulting in high quality learning and progress for all.
  • To work across the primary Key Stages and follow lesson plans provided to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN, in a mixed-age class.
  • To develop good relationships with colleagues, parents, and outside agencies to support teaching and learning for all pupils.
Requirements

  • High expectations and be able to form strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and nurturing attitude towards children.

Salary

The estimated salary range is £18,933 - £20,543 per annum (dependent on experience).
