Data Strategy and Transformation Graduate Programme

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Data Strategy and Transformation Graduate Programme. As a graduate, you will work closely with our international Data team to support the implementation of data practices throughout the business and help develop good governance and management of data and data projects within MBDA.

About the Role

This is a 2-year programme starting in September 2025, where you will experience the excitement of completing four placements. These placements will provide you with a group understanding of data within the international environment, assist your learning of the business functional areas, and develop key change management skills to contribute to the delivery of the international data strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of data practices throughout the business
  • Help develop good governance and management of data and data projects within MBDA
  • Work closely with the international Data team to deliver the international data strategy
  • Develop key change management skills to contribute to the delivery of the international data strategy
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Business Computing, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business and Management Studies (2.2 or above)
  • Knowledge of Data Networks, Python, SQL, Business Intelligence (BI), or desire to learn
  • Passion for Data, Change Management, and Transformation
  • Understanding of the benefits that data management can bring to an organisation
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
