About the Role

We are currently seeking an exceptional Learning Support Team Lead to join our team at TeacherActive.

The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with a strong background in SEN coordination, who can lead and manage a team of learning support assistants to provide high-quality support to students with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the learning support team to ensure excellent student outcomes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for SEN support
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective communication and partnerships
  • Conduct training and INSET sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills in SEN

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
