Support the Board as a Financial Services Support Specialist

Dnevo Partners Limited, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Financial Services Support Specialist. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the board and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and circulate materials as required by the Company Secretary.
  • Take minutes during board and committee meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Produce high-quality documents, such as board resolutions and meeting briefs.
  • Maintain accurate records, including papers, minutes, and other documentation.
  • Compile monthly reports to ensure timely submission.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting a senior executive or board-level function.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
