Role Overview
The position of Financial Controller is available at McElroy Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance team and producing financial statements, including cash flows, P&L accounts, and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Presentation of financial information to stakeholders
- Management of workload and prioritization of tasks
- Reviewing price files and ensuring accurate product costing
- Overseeing monthly reporting for site and communicating results to relevant parties
- Compliance with all financial regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Highest levels of ethics and integrity
- Professional approach and ability to work within a team
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the company offers early finish on Fridays, enrolment into a company pension scheme, hybrid working, annual bonus, and various other benefits.
