Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retail marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns and initiatives that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing approach.
  • Manage and analyze marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or services business.
    • Proven leadership experience in a similar role with a track record of building and managing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent creative, communication, and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing content.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience of managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
    • A passion for customer-centric marketing, with a focus on delivering the right message at the right time and with the right content.
