About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Experience Manager to join our team at Millfield Recruitment Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital trading strategy to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage the content and user experience of our e-commerce website to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, customer service, and IT teams to identify opportunities to increase transactions and revenue
  • Implement marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our e-commerce platform
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, specifically around SEO and PPC
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without clear direction
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
