About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our public parks, playing fields, and landscaped areas.

Your duties will include general maintenance of public open spaces, such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, clearing leaves, and hard surface maintenance. You will also be responsible for litter picking and ensuring that all works are carried out in line with current health and safety legislation and in accordance with our Health and Safety policy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good standard of education, including GCSE or equivalent at Grade C and above, including Maths and English. You will also need to have the ability to demonstrate an understanding of good customer care and have an understanding and knowledge of amenity horticultural operations.

A full UK Driving Licence is required for this position, as a van share is provided. If you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role.
