About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Product Placement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for producing accurate and visually engaging planograms that align with category strategies and optimize shelf space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement space planning strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  • Analyze SKU, brand, and class performance to provide actionable insights and recommend adjustments to improve category profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Category Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless execution across operations.
  • Negotiate shelf space opportunities with suppliers and develop collaborative strategies that benefit all parties.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, supporting team development and driving innovative solutions in space planning.

Your Profile:

  • A proven track record of success in the retail industry, with a background in micro space planning and merchandising.
  • Proficiency in space analysis and space planning software (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous, data-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects effectively.

Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
